App Design for Pandemic Response with Hospital System
Investigate user needs on a fast pivot to respond to vaccine availability.
Goal: Work with IT and the software developers to deliver online bookings and a guide for the drive-thru in Reno, NV. Reno was one of the hardest hit areas for the outbreak in the world.
– Obtain qualitative data through existing analytics for booking appointments and call center data.
– Map out user flow and needs to get them through our pop up drive-thru.
– Adjust designs from initial healthcare professional and stakeholder feedback.
– Use Case Statements, “As a mom, I want to get through this process with as little exposure to my family as possible.”
