Dashboard for Agents

Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
Project: Dashboard Quoting and Management System.
What: Web App – React

Investigate how insurance agency owners want to manage their users and metrics.

Goal: Create an account section for agency owners to manage their team, key verticals and monitor metrics.

To Do:
– Obtain qualitative data through user interviews for wants, needs and pain points.
– Map out page flow and user paths and translate them to wireframes.
– Conduct A/B testing in maze with established UAT group.
– Adjust designs from initial agent feedback and quantitative results.
– Gherkin statements, “As an agent I want to add a licensed agent to my partner account”.

Branding:

Work with the existing brand guidelines to create a newer and fresher look and feel to this app.  This was created by keeping the colors and patterns but using them in a new way.
