About the Project

From kiosks, to web to app – all the properties have the same rewards system at more than 50 destinations. The product team at Caesars Entertainment handles all of the databases and calendar options for the local marketing teams to use.

Caesars Rewards is the largest casino loyalty club with over 50 properties to choose from.

  • Situation: The users (gaming) wanted to redeem their rewards points for entertainment and discounts.
  • Task: I was tasked with redesigning the (UI) for the entire system.  Kiosks to web app.
  • Action: I conducted interviews with users and stakeholders to get to the root of what designs and services I needed to focus on.  This case study is for the entertainment section.
  • Result: I delivered a useful rewards design that increased conversions and marketing to use to promote on property goals.
